The meeting will take place on Monday at 6 p.m. at the New Hartford Fire Station.
Those who wish to speak need to sign in and will have a two-minute time limit each.
Local developers are presenting a plan to construct a Best Western hotel located behind the Byrne Dairy on Campion Road.
The hotel is expected to be situated on a 2.6-acre lot, the former location of Madden Concrete.
