ARLINGTON, Va. (7News) — A man is in critical condition after he was shot in a hotel parking lot, according to the Arlington Police Department.
Police said the shooting happened around 2:50 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Courthouse Road.
Two groups got into a verbal dispute with one person taking out a gun and shooting the victim, according to police. The victim took himself to the hospital where he remains in critical condition.

Police said the suspect fled the scene before police arrived.
