BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A new hotel proposal received unanimous approval from the City of Asheville Design Review Committee during Thursday’s meeting.
The proposal calls for the building of a Tru by Hilton hotel.
HILTON PROPOSES 6-STORY, 80-UNIT HOTEL AT FORMER ARBY’S SITE ON LONG SHOALS ROAD
Plans have the hotel to be built on the site of the former Arby’s fast-food restaurant on Long Shoals Road.
The old building will be demolished to make room for the six-story, 80-room hotel.
