Man arrested after car crashes into downtown Savannah hotel – WTOC

SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – One man is arrested after his vehicle crashed into a downtown Savannah hotel.

It happened before 3:30 a.m. Saturday at the Hampton Inn and Suites on MLK Jr. Blvd. The front left side of a white Infiniti G35 folded around a metal fence with multiple pillars outside the hotel damaged. The bumper of the vehicle almost fell completely off and a few windows of the hotel were shattered as well.

Multiple Savannah Police officers were on scene and just after 4 a.m., they placed a man in handcuffs and put him in the back of a police car.
