Following the launch of fitness-focused hotel brand SIRO earlier this year, Kerzner International has announced plans for two new SIRO properties.
Outpost in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Los Cabos, Mexico will join the recently debuted SIRO One Za’abeel in Dubai and the forthcoming SIRO Boka Place in Montenegro, which is slated to open by the end of 2024.
SIRO Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico
Excepted to debut in 2027—and developed by Fortem Capital—SIRO Palmilla will rise in Los Cabos, on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja California Peninsula. Comprising 120 keys and a cluster of branded residences (14 of which will be standalone villas), the site is part of master plan development Palmilla Reserve.
SIRO Olaya Riyadh in Saudi Arabia
Meanwhile, SIRO Olaya Riyadh—developed by 80 Real Estate Company—is scheduled for a 2028 opening. The 200-key location will represent Kerzner’s first foray into Saudi Arabia.
