TUNICA, Miss. – We learn more about the conditions inside the hotels that could possibly house immigrant minors in Tunica, Mississippi.
One of the questions many people are asking is that if it is catering to children, is it safe and does the city have the resources.
The Tunica County Board of Supervisors president told FOX13 that the two Harrah casino hotels are in good condition to house the undocumented minors. We did some digging and found there are multiple facilities like this across the country to handle immigrant, but many do not cater to children.
“They say it is for minor children and it maybe but what happens,” John Williams, the president of Tunica County Board of Supervisors, said.
