Image Hotels, a fully integrated hotel development and management company based in Savannah, Ga., has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott North Charleston Airport/Coliseum in North Charleston, S.C.
The Courtyard by Marriott North Charleston Airport/Coliseum is close to Charleston International Airport and has convenient access to the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center, the Charleston Tanger Outlets, the Charleston Area Convention Center, the South Carolina Aquarium and numerous shopping, dining and entertainment options.
“We are thrilled to add the Courtyard by Marriott in North Charleston to our growing portfolio and to expand our footprint into South Carolina,” Image Hotels President and COO Kal Patel said in a statement. “We expect the hotel to appeal to travelers coming to Charleston seeking a popular brand with modern amenities.”
Each guestroom includes plush bedding, cozy furnishings as well as Courtyard’s signature features such as functional workspace, spacious bathrooms, complimentary in-room high-speed internet and mini-fridge. Amenities at the Courtyard by Marriott North Charleston Airport/Coliseum include an outdoor swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, complimentary business service center, two meeting rooms, a courtyard area and the Bistro restaurant serving American cuisine, Starbucks coffee and evening cocktails.
