Hongkong & Shanghai Hotels has announced its final dividend for the year ending December 31, 2023, allowing shareholders to elect to receive new shares instead of cash. Shareholders who prefer the scrip dividend option must return the signed election form by June 11, 2024. No action is required from those opting for the cash dividend alone.
