Florida-based AD1 Global Hotels sold the 111-key Hampton Inn Atlanta-North Druid Hills to Georgia-based Skyland Trail for an undisclosed price. Hunter Hotel Advisors handled the sale.
The buyer, a nonprofit mental health treatment organization based in Atlanta, sought to acquire the Hampton Inn with the intention of expanding its current main campus, which is contiguous with the property and growing future mental health treatment services.
At Hunter, President and CEO Teague Hunter, SVP Jatin Patel and SVP Shamir Patel represented both buyer and seller.
“We appreciate all the partners that helped make this acquisition possible,” Beth Finnerty, president and CEO of Skyland Trail, said in a statement. “This campus expansion will help us improve efficiency and expand our mental health treatment services.”
