The hotel hosts the chef restaurant “De Facto” (from the NOX Group), led by Chef Kfir Yenin, offering a refined culinary experience and breakfasts. Additionally, the hotel includes a lounge with a small plates menu, a rooftop bar and pool, and a wine bar.

The hotel’s location on Ness Tsiyona Street makes it perfect for those wanting to enjoy the Tel Aviv experience, with Carmel Market and Nahalat Binyamin within walking distance, as well as Tel Aviv Port and the Tachana Complex.

Sharon Alon, CEO of Africa Israel Hotels: “We are delighted to launch an exclusive boutique hotel brand that joins Africa Israel Hotels. Poli Hotels offer exclusive design, iconic locations, and a cultural experience for adults only. The brand was developed to be the most fashionable, trendy, and modern, while also considering the environment. This hotel, the first of several boutique hotels we plan to launch under the Poli brand, is a direct continuation of the company’s strategy to expand in the hospitality sector in Israel and extend our investments into concept hotels that provide a unique service experience.”
